Our Story

Messrs. Yae, Seng Wai & Partners is an established legal firm with a strong heritage rooted in decades of professional legal practice. The firm originated from the respective practices of Mr. Yae Khoon Chin, who founded Messrs. Yae, Lau & Partners in March 1995, and Mr. Lee Seng Wai, who established Messrs. Lee Seng Wai & Co in April 1997.

In January 2008, both partners merged their practices to form Messrs. Yae, Seng Wai & Partners, with the objective of strengthening capabilities, expanding service offerings, and delivering greater value to clients. The merger brought together experienced partners and a dynamic team of lawyers with diverse areas of expertise, enabling the firm to meet the evolving and increasingly complex needs of its clients.
